Reading is Scary and so are jumbled thoughts

Posted by: poodlegoose on: 20 March, 2009

I just finished It by Stephen King this morning as I was substituting for a Geometry class. And seriously? If you’ve ever read that book, you know what comes toward the end, and boy was it awkward to read in front of 9th graders. Uh, whoa.
Anyhoo.
I’ve just gotta say? I’m still afraid of clowns. [...]

Friday

Posted by: poodlegoose on: 1 August, 2008

Yes, it’s still Friday, because even as I write this, hunched over my keyboard with blurry eyeballs and cramping fingers, it’s not Saturday yet. Which means it’s not yet time for class. Which means, I’m still in the clear. Buh.
And because it is still Friday, which so happens to be my favorite [...]

Friday Favorite

Posted by: poodlegoose on: 27 June, 2008

While I am still up at 12:15am with copious amounts of school work piled up on the table in front of me, I find myself still choosing to write a blog about something slightly inane. Well, insignificant compared to everything else I have on my plate.
I do find that writing about more trivial matters [...]

Friday Fave

I’m actually staring to enjoy writing about my favorite things for one main reason: I don’t have many favorites. Sure, I enjoy things, and yes, certain things suit my fancy. But I just don’t have many favorites.
This is making me dig deep. And if digging deep is what it takes, then digging [...]

First Friday Fave

Posted by: poodlegoose on: 13 June, 2008

I had quite the problem trying to come up with my first Friday favorite.  Because it’s my first post, I felt that it needed to be something I felt strongly toward. . . something that could be undeniably my favorite.
What I came up with?
Loads of things that weren’t my favorite favorites. . . just my [...]

about me

I am poodlegoose. I am a bit quirky, a bit of a tomboy turned girl. I am a music junkie, I read too much, I play on my DS too much, and I watch way too much tv on DVD. I would love to be a violinist/violist in a chamber orchestra and play my pretty little heart out. I am also extremely optimistic, I love being happy, and I love Sour Patch Kids until my tongue burns. I also love singing, I am extremely clumsy, I am allergic to metal, and I don’t do well in living up to other people’s expectations. Ok, that’s enough for now. Anything else, check out my "about me" page. That'll be enough. . . and then some.
