We’ve been married 9 months. Nine months. Whoa. Babies live in tummies for nine months.
Over at Kelly’s Korner, she wrote about her wedding: the party and the flowers. It’s been a little while since I’ve thought about my wedding, so I really wanted to give this a try.
I had so many ideas for my wedding, as many of you can remember, most of the homemade or cheap. As it turns out, most of the ideas were not used (thank God), but I think that my wedding turned out so well. It was honestly one of the best days of my life, and my husband, Matthew, and I could not stop talking about how much we enjoyed everything. Because I haven’t really posted any pictures about my wedding on my blog, I thought it would be fun!

This picture actually shows how I wanted everything to look: kind of hazy, romantic with low lighting and as many candles as I could fit. I wanted things simple with medium ferns and long candles. I thought it looked perfect.

This is by far my favorite picture of the bridal party. I love the way their shoes and dresses and tuxes all look together. It is the the perfect representation of all of their personalities. We love them. And their Halloween socks.
The flowers were done by the woman who did our food. They looked beautiful and were a mixture of black (blood red) and ivory roses and another flower I can’t remember right now. I’m so good at remembering things. Can you identify them? They’re the dark burgundy ones. Tara? Audra?

This is my favorite picture of the two of us. And yes, we wore our awesome Chucks, and yes, we looked awesome in them.
Overall, there isn’t a whole lot I remember about that day. All I remember was the way Matthew looked when I walked down the aisle, the hazy way I felt, and how much fun we had. It was stressful before hand, but it was amazing the day of.
